摘 要:以氟化工副产物二氧化硅和氢氧化钙为原料,采用静态水热法制备出了由纳米线构成的比表面积高达143.8m2/g的网状硅酸钙。采用XRD、SEM、BET等手段对产物的物相、形貌特征、比表面积进行了表征;研究了合成体系温度、钙硅摩尔比等因素的影响。通过静态吸附试验对该材料的磷吸附陛能进行测试。实验结果表明,在钙硅摩尔比为0.7,120~160oC温度范围内,水热8h条件下可以得到比表面积较大的纳米线网状硅酸钙;该条件下制备出的样品对含磷模拟污水具有较高效的吸附能力,磷去除率达99.5%。The nanowires-reticulated calcium silicate with high specific surface area up to 143.8 m2/g were prepared by static hydrothermal method using by-products silica from fluorine chemical plant and calcium hydroxide as raw materials. The phase, morphology and specific surface area of the samples were characterized by means of XRD,SEM and BET, and the effects of calcium silicon mole ratio and hydrothermal temperature on the process were investigated. The samples' performance for phosphorus adsorption was investigated by static adsorption test. Results showed that the nanowires- reticulated calcium silicate with higher specific surface area can be obtained by hydrothermal method in the conditions of calcium silicon m01e ratio of 0.7, hydrothermal temperature range from 120-160 ~C, and maintaining for 8 h. The samples prepared in this condition have an efficient phosphorus adsorption capacity on simulation wastewater, with phosphorus removal rate up to 99.5%.
