摘  要:通过轮式拖带传气法制备水中高浓度溶解氧,并结合膜生物反应器,开发轮式传气-膜生物反应器并应用于生活污水处理。结果表明,相对普通曝气法,轮式拖带传气法能够明显提高传氧速率,并能够产生超饱和溶解氧(DO>100%),并推测轮式拖带气液传递机制。通过传气转轮为好氧微生物快速生长提供充足的溶解氧,同时通过环形水流设计形成不同溶解氧浓度梯度的功能区并对膜组件产生冲刷清洗作用,提高溶解氧利用效率并减少膜污染。此新型轮式传气-膜生物反应器能够有效去除生活污水中的COD和氨氮,出水水质稳定,达到中水回用标准。A novel method for making high dissolved oxygen through traction action of rotating wheel was developed, and the rotating wheel combined with an aeration membrane bioreactor was used for domestic wastewater treatment. Results indicated that compared with conventional aeration, the novel method of oxygen transfer through traction action of rotating wheel significantly increased the oxygen transfer rate and produced over-saturation dissolved oxygen (DO〉100%). A probable gas-liquid transfer mechanism based on traction action of rotating wheel was proposed. In addition, the rotating wheel can supply adequate dissolved oxygen for the rapid growth of aerobic bacteria. The design of annular flow is helpful to producing DO gradient tbr anaerobic/aerobic processes and washing the membrane,which can improve utilization efficiency of DO and reduce membrane fouling. The novel rotating wheel aeration membrane bioreactor can efficiently remove chemical oxygen demand (COD) and ammonia nitrogen in wastewater, with effluent satisfactory to water reuse standard of China.
