摘 要:我国沿海燃煤火力发电厂采用烟气海水脱硫工艺机组容量达22 404 MW,人们一直担心燃煤烟气中的重金属随脱硫转移到海水对海洋水质与生态产生不利影响。文章分析了燃煤锅炉重金属汞燃烧过程中的形态变化和迁移机理,估算了烟气海水脱硫工艺排水中的汞增量,并监测分析了国内部分电厂海水脱硫系统工艺水质、附近海域海洋水质与沉积物重金属的变化。监测结果表明部分烟气中的重金属随脱硫进入水体,电厂附近海域海水水质与海底淤泥中部分重金属含量有上升情况,但均满足标准要求,并未发现重金属富集现象。为控制海水脱硫对海洋的负面影响,提出了"良好的域海水扩散、低汞煤质、高效除尘与定期评估"等海水脱硫系统建设条件和运行管理要求。The unit capacities using seawater FGD process at China's coastal coal-fired power plants has reached 22404MW, the heavy metals in coal have been worried to be transferred into seawater with the adverse effects on the coastal seawater and the regional marine ecology. This paper analyzes the heavy metal morphology change during combustion process and their migration mechanism; predicts the mercury incremental into the sea; monitors the change of heavy metals in the process water before and after seawater absorber, and the change of heavy metals in the regional marine seawater and seabed deposit at some power stations, The results showed that heavy metals in flue gas entered into the seawater partly in seawater FGD absorber, the contents of some heavy metals are higher than before, but meet the Chinese state standard, and no heavy metal enrichment occur in the regional marine seawater and seabed deposit. To control seawater FGD system negative influences on the ocean, requirements of a nice diffusing seawater discharge regional, low-mercury coal, high efficient dust removal and periodic evaluation were proposed for seawater FGD system construction and operation management.
