摘 要:基于生态足迹理论和方法,构建水资源生态足迹、水资源生态承载力模型及水资源生态安全评价模型,引入水资源生态盈余和生态赤字、水资源生态压力指数和水资源生态足迹强度指标,以喀斯特地区六盘水市为例,对六盘水市水资源生态安全进行了定量评价。研究结果表明:六盘水市水资源生态足迹包括生活用水生态足迹、生产用水生态足迹和生态用水足迹3个部分,生态环境的扣除水资源量的多少,影响着水资源生态安全,若扣除量为12%,2005-2010年六盘水市的水资源生态盈余,六盘水市水资源处于安全状况;若扣除量30%,2007年、2008年六盘水市的水资源生态盈余,2005、2006、2009和2010年六盘水市水资源生态赤字,六盘水市水资源处于不安全状况。This paper expatiated on the quantitative evaluation of water resource and ecological security in Liupanshui City of Guizhou Province, for which ecological footprint of the water resource was studied, and models of water resource ecological carrying capacity and water resource ecological security evaluation were built based on ecological footprint theory and methods. Some new terms were defined, including ecological surplus of water resource and ecological deficit of water resource, the ecological pressure index and water resource ecological footprint intensity index. Results of the evaluation showed that the water resource ecological footprint in the city consisted of ecological footprint of domestic water use, ecological footprint of water use for industrial/agricultural production and ecological footprint of water for ecological conservation. Calculation of ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity of water resource of the city led to the results that deduction of 12% from the existing water resource used to conserve ecology could still keep the status of ecological surplus in the city within the period of 2005-2010, which meant the water resources would be in safe condition;whereas the deduction of 30% from water resource ecological would leave the water resource in unsafe conditions with ecological deficit in the years of 2005, 2006, 2009 and 2010.
