摘　　要：液压湿式离合器是某设备转向功能部件,其活塞零件在工作过程中由于受到拉伸力的频繁作用,极易在拉杆根部产生断裂。通过对活塞结构及其受力状况进行分析,提出结构改进方案,借助有限元软件分析、校核其强度,确定结构优化方案,提高活塞零件使用安全和寿命。Hydraulic wet clutch is a functional unit of reaper used for rotation direction, of which the piston is easy to break in the rod root, due to the frequent action by the tensile force during the working process. Through analysis of piston structure and stress, the structural improvement scheme has been put forward in the text. The optimized structural proposal has been confirmed by analyzing and checking the strength via finite element software. The safety and working life of piston have been improved.
