摘　　要：分析了热挤压模具工作条件,对影响热挤压模具寿命因素进行探讨,从模具设计和制造、材料选择、表面强化、润滑等环节提出预防控制措施,达到提高模具寿命,提高产品质量的目的。The working condition of hot extrusion tool discussed. The preventing control measures have been has been analyzed. The life influence factors have been put forward from tool design ＆ manufacture, material selection, surface strengthening and lubrication, etc. Thus the tool life and product quality have been improved
