摘 要:目的利用高频超声评价甲状腺功能亢进(简称甲亢)兔腹主动脉血流剪切力的变化及其与血管内皮功能的关系。方法新西兰纯种白兔20只,腹腔注射左甲状腺素(45μg﹒kg-1﹒d-1×28 d)建立甲亢动物模型。电化学发光法测定血清FT3、FT4水平;利用高频超声所测腹主动脉各参数,计算腹主动脉血流剪切力、内皮依赖性舒张功能(EDD)、内皮非依赖性舒张功能(NEDD)。结果与基础状态相比,甲亢状态血清FT3、FT4水平明显上升(P均<0.01);EDD、NEDD明显减低(P均<0.01);升高的血流剪切力与EDD、NEDD呈负相关(r=-0.67,r=-0.52,P均<0.05)。结论高频超声可准确评价甲亢兔血流剪切力的变化对血管内皮的影响。Objective To evaluate the relationship between vascular endothelial function and fluid shear stress in hyperthyroid rabbits with high-frequency ultrasonography. Methods The hyperthyroidism animal model was established by peritoneal injection of Levothyroxine (L-Thy) in twenty purebred New Zealand rabbits. The level of serum FT3,FT4 were measured by the method of the electrochemical light.We use the indice measured by high-frequency ultrasound to calculate the the fluid shear stress, endothelial dependent dilation(EDD) and non-endothelial dependent dilation(NEDD) of the abdominal aorta. Results Compared with the basic state, the level of serum FT3, FT4 in hyperthyoidism were increased obviously (all P〈0.01). EDD and NEDD were significantly lower in hyperthyoidism state (all P〈0.01). The increased fluid shear stress was negatively related to EDD, NEDD(r= -0.67, r=0.52, all P〈0.05). Conclusion High-frequency ultrasonography can accurately evaluate the effects of fluid shear stress in hyperthyroid rabbits change on vascular endothelia.
