摘 要:鸭考诺尼亚菌为革兰阴性、无鞭毛、不运动的杆菌,能引起鸭和鹅等呼吸道感染和渗出性败血症。本研究首次在国内鸭群中1株鸭考诺尼亚菌,基因序列分析表明,该分离株与已发表的考诺尼亚菌属其他菌株16SrRNA和rpoB基因序列的同源范围分别为99.8%和98%。动物回归试验表明,该分离株对雏鸭无明显的致病作用,但对鸭胚具有致死作用,鸭胚的半数致死量(ELD,。)为5.24×10。CFU/0.1mL。药敏试验结果发现,在所选的17种抗生素中,该分离株对多粘菌素B、克林霉素和卡那霉素耐药,对其余抗生素都高度敏感或中度敏感。Coenonia anatina is a Gram-negative, non-spore-forming, non-motile, rod shaped bacterium causing exudative septi- cemia in ducks and geese. In this study, we isolated a strain of C. anatina from a 25-day-old Pekin duck in China. The bacterium was identified by nearly full sequencing of 16S rRNA gene and by partial sequencing of ropB gene. Animal experiments showed that the isolate could not cause clinical infection in ducklings by intranasal, subcutaneous or intravenous inoculation. However, it caused the death of duck embryos by allantoic sac inoculation. Antibiotic sensitivity result showed that it was resistant to polymyxin B, clindamycin and kanamycin, and sensitive to other 14 antibiotics tested. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of the isolation of C. anatina in China.
