中药复方理囊散对不孕大鼠模型生殖激素的影响

摘　　要：为了研究中药复方制剂"理囊散"对不孕大鼠模型血清中促卵泡素(FSH)、促黄体素(LH)、雌二醇(E_2)和睾酮(T)的影响,以进一步探讨该方剂治疗不孕症的作用机理。取9日龄雌性SD大鼠于颈背部皮下一次性注射丙酸睾丸酮制备肾虚不孕大鼠模型,将其分为模型组、理囊散治疗组、正常组(共3个组),从80日龄用药28 d后,采血、分离血清,用ELISA酶联免疫试剂盒检测血清中FSH、LH、E_2、T水平。结果显示,模型组T水平极显著高于其他两组(P<0.01);模型组血清中FSH、LH、E_2水平明显低于正常组和理囊散治疗组血清中FSH、LH、E_2水平(P<0.01)。表明中药复方"理囊散"通过降低T,使其转化为E_2,增加血清中FSH、LH含量,以促进卵巢、卵泡发育、成熟及排卵。Aim to study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine＂ cyst regulating powder ＂ on reproductive hormones of rat in- fertility model-follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH）, luteinizing hormone （LH）, estradiol （E2） and testosterone （T）.To further investi- gate the mechanism of prescriptions in treating infertility.Methods Nine-day-old female SD rats were injected testosterone propionate to in the back of the neck prepare rat infertility model they were divided into model group, cyst regulating powder treatment group and the normal group （a total of three groups ） .From eightieth day of age, 28 days after the medication 28 was given, blood was collected and serum was separated, various serum hormone levels were tested by ELISA kit. Results T level of model group was significantly higher than the other two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）.The FSH, LH, E2 levels of Model group were significantly lower than those of the normal group and cyst regulating powder treatment group （P 〈 0.01 ）.Conclusions Chinese medicine compound＂ cyst regulating powder ＂ can convet T into E2 and increase FSH, LH, in order to promote ovarian development, maturation and ovulation.
