摘  要:测试了大庆油田喇 36 0联合站聚合物驱采出水曝气处理前后的流变性和油水分离特性的变化。实验结果表明 ,聚合物驱采出水经过曝气处理后 ,其中所含的聚丙烯酰胺发生降解 ,粘度和稳定性均明显下降。还实验研究了聚合物驱采出水的曝气降粘机理和曝气处理后的重复利用性 ,发现用曝气处理后的聚合物驱采出水与高浓度聚合物母液混合配制聚合物驱注入液 ,可比用未曝气的聚合物驱采出水获得更好的增粘效果。The produced water samples containing HPAM of 480 mg/L are taken from a polymer flooding reservoir at Daqing. It is shown in this paper that a short time of exposure in air leads to decrease in water viscosity from 2.48 to 0.93 mPa·s and in oil content in water after 4.5 hrs of sedimentation at 45℃ from 1 537 to 249 mg/L. The HPAM solution prepared in air exposured produced water has higher viscosity than that prepared in not exposured water(9.16 vs 6.08 mPa·s,45℃ and 20 s -1 ). It is evidenced that the decrease in viscosity of exposured water is due to oxidative degradation of HPAM under catalytic action of Fe 2+ existed in produced water.
