摘　　要：目的建立齐墩果酸生物黏附型缓释胶囊的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对齐墩果酸进行定性鉴别，并用超快速液相色谱法（UFLC）进行定量分析研究。结果薄层色谱特征明显，在对照品色谱相应位置显相同斑点且阴性无干扰；UFLC测定线性范围为0．01～0．3mg·mL-1，平均加样回收率99．26％，RSD：1．36％。结论该方法简单、快速，专属性强，重现性好，可作为齐墩果酸生物黏附型缓释胶囊质量控制的标准。Objective To establish standard method of the quality control which for the Prepara- tion of Bioadhesive Sustained-release Capsule of Oleanolic acid. Methods Using thin-layer chromatogra- phy of oleanolic acid by qualitative and ultra fast liquid chromatography （UFLC） for quantitative anal- ysis. Results TLC features clear,controlled location shows the same spot color spectrum and negative non-interference,UFLC measurement linear range from 0.01 to 0.01 mg · mL-1 , the recovery is 99. 26 %, RSD： 1.36 %. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, specific, reproducible, and can be used as oleanolic acid bioadhesive sustained-release capsule quality control standards.
