摘 要:针对中原胡状油田原油含蜡量高 ,胶质沥青质含量高 ,水矿化度高、Ca2 +、Mg2 +离子含量的特点 ,筛选出天然混合羧酸盐SD复合驱配方体系。现场单井吞吐和井组区块驱油试验都获得了成功并取得明显的经济效益 ,投入产出比为 1∶3— 5。An ASP flooding system is formulated for use at Huzhuang Oil Fields in Zhongyuan which is featured by high wax(15—30%) and resin asphaltene(20—40%) contents in crude oil and high salinity(>1.5×10 5 ppm) and high Ca 2+ +Mg 2+ content( 1 000 —6 000 ppm)in formation water. The flooding system composed of 1.0% SD(a mixture of natural carboxylate SDC O as main component, nonionic and amphoteric surfactants and auxiliary), 0.8%(Na 2CO 3+NaHCO 3), 0.14% HPAM(M=8.0×10 6). The minimum interfacial tension between the flooding system and the crude oil at 75℃ — 2.90×10 -3 mN/m. In laboratory core flow experiment with this system, enhancement in oil recovery of 19.8% is observed. Successful and perspective field trials have been conducted at Huzhuang: in chemical huff puff operations with SD+alkaline in 36 wells times effectiveness of 66.7%(24 wells times) is observed; ASP flooding operations in 3 injection wells of 4 are successful.
