摘  要:目的应用感觉神经定量检测仪(Neurometer CPT/C)检测2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者周围感觉神经功能,并使用神经修复药物单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷酯钠进行短期治疗以观察临床疗效。方法测定68例T2DM患者在使用药物前后的正中神经、腓肠神经于2 000Hz、250Hz、5Hz时的电流感觉阈值(CPT),并与正常对照进行比较。结果与正常对照组比较,T2DM患者的CPT值明显增高,在2 000Hz时增高最为明显(P<0.01);其中12例患者无明显周围神经病变临床症状,但CPT值已经超过正常对照值;通过使用神经修复药物单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷酯钠对这些患者做短期强化治疗后,CPT值可有不同程度的下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论T2DM患者因代谢控制未达标,均表现有不同程度的周围神经病变,经过应用神经修复药物的积极干预,可促进糖尿病周围神经病变的改善。Objective To detect the peripheral sensory function in type 2 diabetes mellitus with the Neurometer CPT/C and to observe the clinical effects of the monosialotetrahexosylganglioside (GM1) in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods Sixty-eight diabetic patients and twenty healthy control subjects were detected in the study. Using the Neurometer, current perception threshold value testing at 2000, 250 and 5Hz was performed on median and sural nerves. Results Dia- betic patients have higher current perception threshold values especially at 2000Hz on both nerves as compared with the control group (P〈0.01). Among these patients, 12 patients without symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy had abnormal current perception threshold values. The administration of GM1 in a short period had decreased the current perception threshold values in these patients (P〈 0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion Because of the metabolic derangements, type 2 diabetic patients would demonstrate peripheral neuropathy of different degree. The diabetic peripheral neuropathy could be al- leviated through the active intervention of the nerve-repairing medication.
