摘 要:研究了在地层温度 (4 5℃ )下 ,重烷基苯磺酸盐 (HABS)以及以其为主表面活性剂的配方物在大庆油砂上的静态吸附损失。结果表明 ,HABS由于具有较大分子截面积和含有对电解质敏感的高摩尔质量成分 ,自纯水溶液中的吸附量较小 ,而自NaOH溶液中的吸附量显著增加。HABS自 0 .8g/dLNaOH溶液中的吸附符合Langmuir吸附 ,饱和吸附量为 2 .39mg/ g油砂。HABS自 0 .6— 1.2 g/dLNa3PO4 和Na2 SiO3 溶液中的吸附量为 0 .5— 0 .9mg/ g油砂 ,约为自NaOH和Na2 CO3 溶液中的吸附量的三分之一。加入少量耐盐性表面活性剂如AES以及采用NaOH/Na3PO4 复合碱有利于降低HABS的吸附量。以HABS为主表面活性剂的配方物自纯水溶液、1.0 g/dLNaOH溶液和 1.0 g/dLNa3PO4 溶液中的吸附量分别小于、相当于以及小于表面活性剂ORS 41的相应吸附量。溶液中含有聚合物有利于降低表面活性剂的吸附损失。The static adsorption on reservoir sand of Daqing oil field at 45℃ of heavy alkylbenzene sulfonates(HABS) is studied. The results show that the adsorption of HABS from plain aqueous solution is low due to relatively large molecular section area, but is larger from NaOH solution because of the sensitivity to electrolyte of the higher molecular mass components contained. The static adsorption isotherm of HABS from 0.8 g/dL NaOH solution is of the Langmuir's type with the saturation adsorption of 2.39 mg/g sand. The adsorption of HABS from 0.6—1.2 g/dL Na 3PO 4 and Na 2SiO 3 solutions is in the range of 0.5—0.9 mg/g sand, approximately a third of that from NaOH and Na 2CO 3 solutions. The surfactant adsorption can be significantly reduced by mixing HABS with a small proportion of an electrolyte tolerant surfactant such as AES and by using mixed alkaline NaOH/Na 3PO 4. From plain,1.0 g/dL NaOH, and 1.0 g/dL Na 3PO 4 aqueous solutions, the adsorption of a compounded HABS for enhancing oil recovery is less than, equivalent to, and less than that of Witco's sulfonate ORS 41, respectively. The presence of polymer in solution is beneficial to the reduction of surfactant adsorption.
