摘  要:颗粒污泥是厌氧反应器稳定运行和高效能的载体。以IC厌氧反应器处理低浓度废水——啤酒废水为例,采用城市污水厂的好氧剩余污泥启动IC反应器,培养过程分为3个阶段:驯化启动期、颗粒污泥出现期和颗粒污泥成熟期。污泥完成颗粒化后,IC反应器OLR负荷稳定在10kg(COD)/(m3·d),COD去除率为75%左右。讨论了颗粒污泥的粒径分布、沉降性能、污泥活性等性质。以期为培养国产的厌氧颗粒污泥积累经验。Granular sludge is the carrier of IC (internal circulation) reactor with steady running and high performance. As a case of brewery wastewater, aerobic residual activated sludge of municipal sewage factory was used to start-up IC anaerobic reactor for treatment of low strength wastewater. The process was divided into three stages: sludge taming, granular sludge forming and maturing. After the sludge has been matured, the organic loading rate (OLR) of IC reactor could steadily keep at 10 kg (COD)/(m3.d), and the COD removal rate would maintain at about 75%. In respect to granular sludge, its grain-size distribution, settling property, activities, and etc. were discussed so as to accumulate experiences for cultivating anaerobic granular sludge.
