摘  要:针对常规电动潜油离心泵因受泵径限制难以增大排量和扬程的问题,研制了一种以增速器配套的增速潜油电泵。增速器采用二级齿轮结构型式,传动比为145,输出转速为4130r/min,安装在上、下保护器之间。为满足高转速要求,从结构和材料上改进了离心泵止推垫片,以及上保护器的扶正轴承和止推轴承。两套增速器样机,以及与之配套的增速泵,分别通过了室内性能试验和试验井模拟试验,其中一台并已投入现场试验。这些试验的性能参数都达到了设计要求。增速电泵扩大了现有电泵的适应范围。在相同条件下,增速电泵导叶轮总量比常规电泵减少60%,仅此一项即可降低一半以上的综合制造成本。整机总长度明显缩短,更适于斜井使用。s It is hard to raise the displacement and pumping head of the conventional ESP electric submersible pump owing to the restriction of the pump diameter. A kind of ESP with speed increase unit is developed to solve this problem. The speed increase unit adopts the structure pattern of double gear with a drive ratio of 1.45 and speed output of 4130r/min mounted between the upper and lower protectors. The thrust plate of the centrifugal pump and the alignment bearing and thrust bearing of the protectors are improved to meet the need of high rotary speed. The ESP passed the lab test and simulation test and the field test is being conducted. The manufacturing cost of the new ESP is less than half of that of the conventional ESP and it is much shorter therefore is more suitable for use in slant holes.
