摘　　要：介绍了一套实时和延时海洋观测数据质量评估方法,及其在综合海洋观测系统服务平台框架下的未来展望。详细给出了实时和延时海洋观测数据的自动化数据判别/检验方法、质控标准以及为数据管理和使用专门制定的数据质量评估标准。This paper introduces a set of Quality Control and Quality Assurance （QC/QA） standards and procedures for the oceanographic data of real-time and delayed mode, and its future vision under the framework of Integrated Ocean Observation Data Service System of China. Details of the automated quality test method , quality control standards , aswell as the quality assurance standards are specified in this paper.
