摘　　要：目的评价四川省职业病防治项目培训效果,为今后更好地开展各类培训工作提供借鉴。方法对四川省疾病预防控制中心开展2009年全省职业病防治项目培训资料进行统计分析。结果共举办8期培训班,培训826人,时间31 d。职业病诊断医师、职业健康检查医师中以中级职称、本科学历为主,从事职业卫生及放射卫生的工作人员以初级及以下职称、专科学历为多。32名师资年龄多为41～50岁之间,以副高职称、本科学历为主。培训班平均得分93.67分(满分100分)。结论四川省疾病预防控制中心应进一步加强培训管理,提升教学水平;改进培训模式,提高培训效果。Objective To evaluate the training effect of occupational disease control and prevention project,thus to provide references for better implementational of alike trainings. Methods Statistical analysis was performed on data of the training project carried out by Sichuan Center for Disease Control and Prevention（ SCCDC）. Results Altogether 8 terms of training courses were held,with 826 staff trained in 31 days. Occupational disease diagnostician,occupational health examination physician were mainly with intermediate profession title and bachelor degree,and occupation health and radiation health staff were mainly with junior or below title and education specialist. The 32 teachers were aged mainly 41 – 50 and titled vice senior. The average score was 93. 67（ full score 100）. Conclusion SCCDC should further strengthen the management of training and improve teaching level,training mode and thus to enhance the training effect.
