摘 要:目的对自贡市2011-2012年187份手足口病例标本进行实验室核酸检测结果分析,了解手足口病在自贡地区的流行趋势以及流行特征。方法收集全市各区县所采集的手足口病例疱疹液和咽拭子标本及其流行病学资料,运用实时荧光PCR法对所采集标本进行EV通用型、EV71以及Cox A16型的核酸检测。结果 2011-2012年自贡市共检测手足口病例187份,EV71核酸阳性率为5.88%、Cox A16核酸阳性率为36.90%、EV通用型核酸阳性率为3.21%;在核酸检测阳性病例中,男性占51.25%,女性48.75%;3-6月及11月的阳性率较高;5岁以下的阳性病例占所有阳性病例的95%;贡井和荣县的送检病例标本数及阳性率明显高于其它区县。结论 2011-2012年自贡地区手足口病流行病原以EV71和Cox A16型为主,流行特征在各区县存在一定差异,3-6月及11月可能为为自贡市手足口病发病高峰期。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease( HFMD) in Zigong according to the nucleic acid testing results of 187 HFMD specimens collected from 2011 to 2012 in Zigong. Methods The vesicular and pharyngeal swab specimens from HFMD cases were collected and detected with nucleic acid by real-time PCR method. The types of virus included enterovirus 71( EV71),coxsackies virus A 16( CoxA16) and other enterovirus. Results The positive rates of nucleic acid for EV71,CoxA16 and other enterovirus were 5. 88%,36. 90% and 3. 21%,respectively. Among all the positive cases,51. 25% were males and 48. 75% were females. The positive rate in March to June and in November was comparatively high. 95% cases were children under 5 years old. The specimens from Gongjing and Rongxian counties had higher positive rates than other counties. Conclusion The pathogens of HFMD cases are mainly EV71 and CoxA16 from 2011 to 2012 in Zigong. There were differences of the incidences among the 6 counties. The incidence peaks are observed during March to June and in November.
