摘  要:双河油田上部地层蒙脱石含量高,易水化分散造浆,使用PAC系列或两性离子聚合物钻井液体系,提高抑制性。下部地层因多年分层开采和长期强化注水形成不同的压力层系,进入油层(注水层)前必须调整好钻井液性能,加入屏蔽暂堵材料,密度的确定以地质、工程设计和新钻邻井资料为参考依据,以酸溶性铁矿石粉加重。在钻开每个油层(注水层)和起钻前要进行平衡观察,达到不涌不漏。改进双河油田调整井钻井液技术和钻井工程技术措施后,到2000年2月底共钻井30多口,进尺约60000 m,井涌、井漏和井塌现象明显减少,提高了钻井速度,减少了环境污染。Drilling problems such as lost circulation and pipe sticking occar frequently in Shuanhe area,because of its geological condition and long term of enbanced recovery, which causes complicated underground pressure systems .Modified drilling fluid technology and optimization drilling techniques are taken to improve the adjustua shall drilling in this area. In the opper formation.PAC of zwittertome polymer drilling fluid are used to control mad making tendencies. In the lower formation, proper drilling third performances are obtained before hitting every pay zone. and at the same time.close by watch any show of kick and lost circulation. By the end of Feb.2000,more than 30 wells bad both drilid with both briling problem and improved ROP.
