摘　　要：目的　探讨心理干预对老年糖尿病疗效的影响。方法　在内科治疗的同时 ,应用支持性心理治疗对干预组一些不正确的认知进行纠正 ,应用心理测验量表对照观察两周。　结果　发现心理干预能有效地稳定病人情绪 ;消除焦虑、抑郁、敌对性症状 ,也改善了躯体症状。结论　老年糖尿病在躯体治疗的同时 ,辅以心理干预能促进疾病的康复 。Objective To explore the effect of the psychological intervention on the treatment of the senile diabetes Method The supportive psychotherapy was employed to correct some incorrect cognition in intervention group Two weeks later,the treatment was evaluated by the psychology test scale and compared with the control group Results Anxiety,depression and hostility of the patients were eliminated after the treatment It significantly stabilized the patient's emotion At the same time,the somatic symptoms were improved Conclusion The psychological intervention could promote the treatment and the recovery of the senile diabetes and we should pay more attention to it
