摘　　要：近年来,草原的碳汇功能备受瞩目。发展草原碳汇经济,开展草原碳汇交易合作将成为各国获取碳减排指标的一种手段。我国作为碳排放大国,利用草原碳汇经济,赢得碳排放权,实现草原生态环境的可持续发展,是草业发展的必由之路。研究草原碳汇经济,从国家能源战略的高度来发展我国草业,在当前的国际背景下具有重要的现实意义。The carbon sink function of grassland receives a great deal of attention in recent years. Developing grassland carbon sinks economy and carrying out trade cooperation of grassland carbon sinks will become a way of obtaining the emission reduction targets for all countries. China is a big power on carbon emission. Therefore, gaining carbon emission permits and accomplishing sustainable development of grassland ecological environment are the necessary ways to develop the prataculture. Researching grassland carbon sinks economy and making our pratacuhure standing on the level of the national energy development strategy have important practical significance in the current international context.
