摘　　要：在新一轮医院等级评审的四个维度评价中,现场评价占有十分重要的地位,它可以较为客观、真实地反映医院日常管理水平、能力及持续改进等方面所取得的成果。我们将医院在现场评价准备及评审专家在检查过程中所发现的问题进行归纳、分析,以期能够更好地帮助医院做好现场评价准备工作。In the new round of the four dimensions of hospital grade accreditation, on - site evaluation occupies a very important position. It can objective and truly reflect the results on hospital daily management level, ability and continual improvement. The identified problems in hospital preparation of on - site evaluation and during the inspection process of accreditation experts were summarized and analyzed. Its causes and suggestions for improvement were analyzed in order to help hospitals make preparatory work for the on - site evaluation.
