医护人员视野下患者参与医疗安全意愿和行为的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解医护人员就患者参与医疗安全过程中的参与意愿、参与行为及其它相关情况。方法自行设计"患者参与医疗安全"的调查问卷,采用方便抽样方法,对上海市某院300名医护人员进行调查。结果医护人员就患者参与患者安全持认可态度,与患者沟通的态度积极;但在参与行为中,对于提供治疗替代方案、身份核对等安全环节的重视程度不够,且患者参与度不高。结论建议鼓励患者积极参与医疗安全,提升患者的参与意识及自身的医疗安全意识,引导医护人员与患者进行信息交流和沟通。Objective To investigate medical staff on willingness and behavior of patients participating in medical safety. Method By the method of random sampling, questionnaire on patient＇s participation in health care security was performed in a total of 300 medical staff in a tertiary level hospital. Result The survey had shown that medical staff hold a positive attitude and would like to positively communicate with patients. However, no enough attention had been paid in selection of alternatives, identity check, etc, and in fact, patients were not fully involved in patient safety practices. Conclusion It was concluded that patients should be encouraged to participate more in health care safety, and the awareness of patient for patient safety and medical safety should be strengthened, and medical staff should be guided to tocus more on fully information exchange and communication with patients.
