摘　　要：借鉴JCI疼痛管理理念,科室成立疼痛管理小组,护士评估患者疼痛感受并及时处置,进行规范化的疼痛管理,减轻了患者术后疼痛,提高了患者满意度。Using the JCI pain management philosophy, pain management team was established in department. Nurses assessed pain of patients and provided timely disposition for a standardized pain management, which reduced postoperative pain and improved patient satisfaction.
