摘　　要：建立输血科标准化管理模式、输血回顾性标准评价模式、临床用血全程双层功能监管标准模式、临床安全合理用血管理标准模式,并整合应用。这些评价管理模式规范了临床输血管理,保证了临床输血安全、有效,最大程度地保证了患者安全。The standardized management mode of transfusion department, the standardized evaluation mode of retrospective post - transfusion, the standardized regulatory mode of full bunk function in clinical blood using process and the standardized regulatory mode of rational and safe use of blood management were established and applied, which standardized the management of clinical transfusion, ensured the safety and effectiveness of clinical transfusion, and ensured the safety of patients.
