曲靖市艾滋病实验室能力评估与对策分析

摘　　要：目的通过调研查找曲靖市各艾滋病实验室检测工作中存在的问题,并提出相应对策,以提高实验室技术水平,促进实验室能力建设。方法通过盲样血清检测、职能问卷调查和资料分析法进行实验室能力评估。结果按评分标准综合评分,有2个实验室评估结果为优秀,优秀率为13.33%;7个实验室评估结果为良好,良好率为46.67%;5个实验室评估结果为合格,合格率为33.33%;1个实验室评估结果为不合格,不合格率为6.67%。盲样血清检测存在的主要问题是条带判读错误,职能问卷调查中存在的主要问题是工作人员责任意识较差、仪器没有定期校准和维护、缺乏相应的附件等。结论曲靖市艾滋病实验室检测工作中存在一定的问题,应该加强实验室工作人员责任意识,加强人员培训和人力资源建设,建立日常性监督管理制度,并加大对仪器设备的资金投入。Objective To investigate the problems in AIDS laboratory work in Qujing, and put forward countermeasure to improve laboratory technology level and promote laboratory construction. Method The blind serum detection, function questionnaire survey and data analysis were adopted to evaluate the ability of AIDS laboratory. Result According to the comprehensive score standard, two laboratories were rated as excellent with the excellent rate of 13.33% ; seven laboratory were judged as good with the good rate of 46.67% ; five laboratory were judged to be qualified with the qualified rate of 33.33% ; and one laboratory was judged to be unqualified with the unqualified rate of 6.67%. The main problems of blind sample testing of serum was stripe interpretation errors ; and main problems in questionnaire included the poor staff responsibility consciousness, irregular instrument calibration and maintenance, the lack of corresponding accessories, etc. Conclusion Some problems existed in the work of AIDS laboratory in Qujing city, which needed to strengthen the responsibility of work staff, improve training and human resource construction, establish daily supervision system and increase investment on equipment.
