摘　　要：目的　研究短暂性脑缺血发作 (TIA )患者的心理健康状况及个性特征。方法　采用 SCL - 90和 MMPI对 118例TIA患者进行测查 ,并将测查结果与中国常模比较。结果　表明 TIA患者有躯体症状、抑郁、焦虑、多疑、恐怖和记忆、睡眠问题及个性改变。结论　提示Objective To research psychological state and personality character in patient with TIA Method SCL 90 and MMPI were used to assess 118 patients with TIA and the result was compared with Chinese norm Result The result indicated the patients with TIA had somatic symptoms , depression , anxiety,phobia,personality change and the problems of memory,and sleep Conclusion This article suggested there were psychological impairment and personality change in patients with TIA
