复合菌剂肥栽培魔芋的效果研究

摘　　要：在魔芋生长期间叶面喷施复合菌剂肥3次,每次2kg/667m2,其株高依次比CK1、CK2增高7.50、6.1cm;生育期依次延长18 d、6 d;软腐病发病率依次降低7.85%、24.24%;增产依次为89.58%、102.75%;干物质含量都提高0.2%;铅含量都降低0.002 mg/kg.研究表明:复合菌剂肥对魔芋软腐病有显著抑制作用,并极显著提高魔芋产量.复合菌剂肥对魔芋栽培生产有较高应用价值,值得研究其抗病增产机理.Spraying composite microbial fertilizer to the leaf surface of konjac 3 times （ 2 kg/667 m2 ） dur- ing the growth period,the plant height increased by 7.50 cm compared with CK1 and the plant height in- creased by 6.1 cm compared with CK1 ;the growth period extended by 18 days and 6 days;the incidence of soft rot disease reduced by 7.85% and 24.24%;production increased by 89.58% and 102.75%;dry matter content increased by 0.2% ;lead levels were lower at 0.002 mg/kg.The result shows that the com- posite microbial fertilizer can significantly inhibit Konjac soft rot and increase the yield if Konjac.
