摘 要:采用交流阻抗、极化曲线方法系统地研究天冬氨酸及其席夫碱两种缓蚀剂在0.1 mol/L硫酸介质中对N80低碳钢的缓蚀性能.研究结果表明:随着缓蚀剂浓度的增加,缓蚀效率也增加.天冬氨酸的缓蚀效率为70.78%,天冬氨酸席夫碱的缓蚀效率为79.71%,这说明天冬氨酸席夫碱的缓蚀性能优于天冬氨酸.用动力学方程对这两种缓蚀剂的吸附方式进行拟合,得到良好的线性关系,表明这两种缓蚀剂对N80低碳钢表面的吸附与朗缪尔吸附等温式一致.The inhibition effect of aspartic acid and Schiff base on the corrosion of N80 steel in sulfuric acid solution (0.1 mol· L^ -1 ) was investigated using celectrochemical impedence ( EIS ) and polarization techniques. The study showed that with the increasing of the concentration of the inhibitor, inhibitor effi- ciency was also increased. The inhibition efficiency of aspartic acid reached 70.78 % and the inhibition efficiency of aspartic acid Schiff basereached 79.71%, which showed that the anti-corrosion performance of the Schiff base was superior to aspartic acid. Using the dynamics equations of the two inhibitors adsorp- tion process fitting and geting good linear relationship indicated that adsorption of these two inhibitors at the surface of NS0 low carbon steel and Langmuir adsorption isotherm were consistent.
