摘 要:以制备非球形高分子微球为主要目的,通过种子乳液聚合法,以交联聚苯乙烯(CPS)微球为种子,甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为单体,合成一系列的聚苯乙烯/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PS/PMMA)微球,并讨论CPS种子微球的交联度、MMA单体的添加量和溶胀时间等聚合参数对所得微球形貌的影响.实验表明,当CPS种子微球的交联度为8%,m(MMA)∶m(CPS)=9∶1,单体溶胀时间8 h或更长时,所制备的PS/PMMA微球具有独特的蘑菇状非球形形貌.The main purpose of this study was to prepare polymer particles with nonspherical shape. We prepared a series of polystyrene/poly (methyl methacrylate) (PS/PMMA) particles by seeded emulsion polymerization using crosslinked polystyrene (CPS) particles as seed and methyl methacrylate (MMA) as monomer. The effect of different polymerization parameters such as the crosslinking degree of CPS par- ticles, the addition amount and the swelling time of MMA monomer on the morphology of the resulting PS/PMMA particles was studied. The results showed that the nonspherical mushroom-shaped PS/PMMA particles were successfully obtained when the crosslinking degree of CPS was 8 %, m (MMA) : m ( CPS ) was 9:1 and the swelling time of MMA was 8 h or longer.
