不同矮化剂对盆栽八宝景天矮化效应研究

摘　　要：采用叶面喷施不同浓度PP333(多效唑)和CCC(矮壮素)的研究方法,研究了盆栽八宝景天的矮化效应。结果表明,两种矮化剂均不同程度地抑制了八宝景天地上部分的生长,株高明显矮化,节间缩短,茎杆增粗,叶片增厚,叶色加深,叶长叶宽变小,提高了其观赏价值。两种矮化剂对八宝景天的株高均有较好的抑制作用,PP333和CCC对其矮化最适浓度为0.1g·L-1和3.0g·L-1,其中CCC处理效果较PP333更为明显。Effects of PPaaa （paclobutrazol） and CCC （chlormequat chloride） on the dwarfing effect and main ornamental characters were investigated in potted Sedum spectabile Boreau. The results showed that two kinds of the plant growth retardants could effectively control the overground sections of plants in different degrees in which the plant height was inhibited, the length of main stem decreased, stems thickened, internodes shortened, leaves＇color deepened, the length and width of leaves reduced, and finally ornamental value improved. Results indicated that the application of PP333 at 0. 1 g·L-1 and CCC at 3.0 g ·L-1 , which were the optimum dwarfing concentration of two regulators, can obviously improve the ornamental characters on potted Sedum spectabile Boreau. The effect of CCC treatment on the plants was better than that of PP3aa which was consistent with the practical observation.
