摘 要:用RFL溶液作为纤维的增粘处理剂,研究了尼龙6短纤维-NR/SBR复合材料的物理机械性能和应力松弛特性;并利用抗平衡溶胀法(RES)和SEM分析了纤维与橡胶基质间的粘着效应以及复合材料的形貌结构。结果表明,经RFL处理的尼龙6短纤维与橡胶产生了强的粘着,并具有良好的分散性和取向性,从而使橡胶的物理机械性能得到很好的改善,并赋予复合材料显著的力学各向异性。The mechanical properties and stress relaxation behavior of the nylon 6 short fiber-NR/ SBR composite in which the short fiber was treated with RFL solution were investigated. By means oi the RES and SEM, the bonding strength between the fiber and matrix and the morphology of the composite were also determined. The results showed that the treated fiber could remarkably improve the mechanical properties and give the composite marked anisotropy of mechanical properties, because the treatment of short fiber not only increased the bonding strength between the fiber and matrix but also significantly improved the dispersibility and orientability.The incorporation of the short liber resulted in two different rate stress relaxation processes, and the time at which the earlier relaxation process is exhausted depended on the short liber content.
