摘　　要：采用浅盘分离法分离采自山西省灵石早熟禾根际土壤的线虫,再用Seihorst法脱水制片,用微分干涉显微镜观察其形态特征并进行测量。结果表明,其雌虫形态特征为热杀死后呈封闭的C形或螺旋形,背食道腺开口距口针基部球的距离大于口针长度的1/4。食道腺与肠在腹面或侧面重叠。阴门横裂,侧尾腺口位于位端侧区中央;未发现雄虫。其雌虫形态测量值为L=592±59(517～669)μm,a=25±2.7(22～28),b=5.8±0.8(4.4～7.1),c=37±5.9(28～45),c′=1.3±0.1(1.1～1.5),V=60±2.6(54～63),St=21±0.9(20～23)μm;根据其形态特征和测量值,鉴定为Helicotylenchus indicus Siddiqi,1963,此线虫为山西省首次报道,早熟禾是其新记录寄主。Helicotylenckus indicus Siddiqi was recorded first time [rom the rhizosphere of Kentucky Bluegrass （Poa pratensis L. ） in Lingshi county, Shanxi Province. The morphological characteristics of the nematode are as follows： Body was C-shaped or spiral shaped; the distance between dorsal esophageal gland opening and the base of the styler was longer than one fourth of the styler length; esophagus overlapped on the intestine in dorsal or lateral side. Vulva was in form of transverse slit and phasmid was in the central of lateral area on the tail. The morphemetrics of the female nematode were L=592＋59 （517-669） μm, a=25±2.7（22-28）, b=5.8±0.8（4.4-7.1）, c=37=5.9（28- 45）, c＇=1.3±0. 1 （1. 1±1. 5）, V=60±2.6 （54-63）, St=21±0.9 （20-23） μm; Male nematode was not detec- ted. And Helicotyle^ckus indicus Siddiqi was the first time to be reported in Shanxf province, China. Kentucky Blue- grass was a new host recorded for Helicotylenchus indicus.
