摘  要:东莨菪素(scopoletin)是桑树的次生代谢产物之一,具有抗病毒、抗菌、抗凝血、抗炎、止痛等广泛的药理活性。采用75%乙醇浸提的方法,从27份桑树资源的桑叶中提取东莨菪素,并用HPLC法对其含量进行测定。结果显示,在所测各材料中,东莨菪素含量较高的有火桑、西庆1号、嘉陵16、沙二,含量分别为:164.2375μg/g、141.4000μg/g、109.0500μg/g、104.0375μg/g,在种间以及种内的不同材料间无规律可循。检测结果为东莨菪素的进一步研究和桑叶中功能性成分的开发利用提供了理论参考。Scopoletin,one of the secondary metabolites of mulberry, has antiviral, antibacterial, anticoagulant, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and other pharmacological activities. In a study reported here, scopoletin was extracted from the leaves of 27 mulberry genotypes with the 95% ethanol extraction method and its content was then determined by HPLC. Of the mul- berry genotypes studied, the varieties Huo sang,Xi qing 1 ,Jia ling 16 and Saer had relatively high content of scopoletin, being 164. 2375, 141. 4000, 109. 0500 and 104. 0375 μg/g, re- spectively. No consistent intra-and inter-varietal differences in scopoletin content were detec- ted in this study. The above results may provide theoretical reference for the further research of scopoletin and the utilization of the functional components of mulberry leaves.
