摘　　要：由于高层小区的出现,导致网络结构发生明显变化,其主要影响有两个方面:一方面小区自身深度覆盖差;另一方面对周边网络结构造成严重破坏,导致网络质量下降.通过分析存在问题的成因,探讨了基于交叉覆盖的高层综合解决方案及其衍生方案,进行了实际网络验证,取得明显的效果.方案具备低成本的特点,在网络建设过程中,对于相关研究人员和移动网络运营商具有参考和借鉴意义.High-rise residential buildings influence the network structure dramatically. There are mainly two aspects： the disappointed residential own depth coverage and the declining of the quality of the network caused by the high-rise residential buildings which make serious damages to the surrounding network structure. In this paper, by analyzing the problems, it advanced comprehensive solutions based on cross coverage and its derivative scheme. And then the solutions were proved through the real network, obviously, which worked effectively and with low cost. This characteristic may be helpful in network construction for the mobile network operator.
