摘 要:目的探讨及评估64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像对青壮年(年龄≤50岁)冠状动脉病变的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析156例小于等于50岁的临床可疑冠心病患者的冠状动脉CTA检查资料。对所有原始资料采用容积再现、最大密度投影、多平面重组、曲面重建进行图像后处理,显示冠状动脉主干及主要分支。结果 156例中检出冠状动脉心肌桥38例(24%),冠状动脉硬化53例(34%),冠状动脉起源异常4例(3%)。结论 64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像是一种可靠的、无创性的检查方法,对于青壮年的冠状动脉病变是一种安全的筛查方法。Objective To study the value of 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography in detection of coronary artery disease in young a- dults. Methods The coronary artery CTA examination data of 156 cases younger than or equal to 50 years old of suspected coronary heart disease were retrospectively analyzed. All of the original data were used for image post-processin.g with VR, MILE), MPR and surface reconstruction to display coronary artery trunk and main branches. Results Of 156 cases, coronary myocardial bridge was detected in 38 patients (24%), coronary artery atheroselerosis 53 cases (34%) , anomalous origin of coronary artery 4 cases (3 % ). Conclusions 64- slice spiral CT coronary angiography is a noninvasive and reliable inspection method for coronary artery disease, especially for young a- dults.
