摘　　要：通过文献资料、访谈、调查等研究方法,分析黑龙江省城市社区体育公共服务体系的现状,对构成该体系诸因素中行政支持、社会环境、体制制度、组织管理、资源环境等方面存在的问题进行研究,并提出构建黑龙江省城市社区体育公共服务体系的相应对策。旨在促进黑龙江省城市社区体育公共服务体系的发展,提高群众体育健身水平。This paper uses methods of documentation analysis, interview and investigation to analyze the present condition of city community sports public service system in Heilongjiang province, study the existing problems in the aspects of political support, social environment, institutional system, organizational management and resource environment and propose rele- vant countermeasure to establish city community sports public service system in Heilongjiang province. The aim is to promote the development of city community sports public service sys- tem in Heilongjiang province and raise the level of public sports and fitness.
