摘　　要：结合河南教育学院化学实验室实际情况,将管理学中的"5S"理念引进实验室的管理中.分析存在的问题及应对策略,以促进我校化学实验室尽快走向规范化管理,提高工作效率,节约经费开支,培养实验人员良好的实验素养,最终使实验室管理工作迈上一个新台阶.The ＂5 actual situation of S＂ concept of management was introduced to manage the chemistry laboratory combining with the the department of chemistry, Henan Institute of Education. The problems were analyzed and some effective strategies were proposed to promote the standardized managements of our school chemistry laboratory as soon as possible, to improve the work efficiency, to save expenses, to train the good qualities of students and teachers in experiment, and finally to upgrade the laboratory management work to a new level.
