摘　　要：目的　探讨飞行员婚姻满意度 (Marital Gratirication,MG)与夫妻双方的心理社会因素的相关性。方法　对 2 37户飞行员进行 Olson婚姻质量问卷的婚姻满意度分量表测评 ,同时对夫妻双方也进行卡特尔 - 16种个性因素问卷 ,临床症状自评量表 ,紧张性生活事件调查表 ,社会支持评定量表测评。结果　飞行员的 MG既受自身也受配偶的心理社会因素交互影响 ,与个性、情绪、生活事件、社会支持、疾病、年龄这些因素均有显著相关性 ,尤以情绪因素影响最明显。多因素分析揭示对飞行员 MG贡献最大的因素是飞行员自身的强迫、躯体化、偏执、敌对这些病理心理症状。结论　飞行员Objective To research the relation between pilot's marital gratification (MG) and various psychosocial factors of pilvts and their spouse in order to supply dependable data to psychotherapy and counseling about pilots.Method In 237 families pilot's MG from Olson Marital Quality Inventory(ENRICH),Psychosopcial factors for pilots and their wives respectively were measured.Results The results showed there were significant relationship between MG of pilots and personality,mental health,stressful life event,social support from both pilots and their wives.MG of pilots with illness were significantly lower than health group.It was uncovered in a mutiple factors analysis that the main factors contributed to MG of pilots were emotion factors from Symptom Check List 90.Conclusion It is necessary to understand MG of pilots when take psychotherapy and counseling about pilots.
