美容整形手术病人EPQ结果分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨美容整形外科手术病人的人格特质。方法　采用艾森克人格问卷 (EPQ)对 85名美容整形外科手术病人进行检测 ,同时 5 9名正常人作为对照组。结果　 1.手术病人术前组神经质 N量表和掩饰性 L量表 T分平均值明显高于对照组、而内外向 E量表 T分平均值明显低于对照组。而术后组各量表 T分与对照组相比较 ,无明显差别。 2 .各年龄组的手术病人中 ,精神质 P量表与神经质 N量表有明显差异 ,其中中年组具有较高水平、而老年前期组具有较低水平。结论　美容整形外科手术病人具有个性内向、情绪不稳定的个性倾向以及心理防御水平较高、各年龄组病人有所差异。Objective To investigate the traits of patients on plastic aesthetic surgery Methods 85 patients on plastic surgery are inquired with Eysenck Personality Questionnaire while 59 common persons are used as control group.Results 1 The average level of T score in N scale and L scale of preoperation group is obviously higher than those of control group While the average level of T Score in E sale of preoperation group is significantly lower than those of control group.There is no significant difference in all 4 scales between postoperation group and normal control.2.In all patients the average level of T score in N scale have significantly difference.The middle age level of T score in N scale have significantly difference.The middle age patients have higher level.So the senile patients in pre stage have lower level.Conclusion The patients on plastic aesthetic surgery have some personal property,Such as introversive character,unstable emotion and high psychological defence.And the intensity of those property is varied in all different age groups.Some patients can be change after undertaking the plastic surgery
