闽台农业技术合作的社会效应评价

摘　　要：通过问卷调查和深度访谈,评价闽台农业技术合作的社会效应,发现闽台农业技术合作改善了福建农业产业结构和农业经营管理,促进了闽台科研人员的交流,但对福建农民就业和创业、闽台银行企业交流和闽台金融业交流、福建农业区域聚集度的影响有待提高,提出福建应加强闽台农业技术交流和人员培训以促进农民就业和创业,以闽台农业技术合作项目推动两地银行企业交流和金融合作,创造良好的农业技术引进环境以提高聚集度,增设闽台农业技术合作基金等思路。Abstract：Through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview, the social effects of agro-tech cooperation between Fujian and Tai- wan are evaluated. It has been proved that Fujian-Taiwan agro-tech cooperation improves Fujian agricultural industrial structure and agricultural management, and promotes the communication among Fujian-Taiwan researchers, but the impacts on Fujian farmers＇ employment and start-ups, on bank-businesses interaction between Fujian and Taiwan, and on the communication of Fujian-Taiwan financial industry, and on the agricultural aggregation in Fujian are to be improved. Fujian should strengthen the agro-tech exchan- ges and personnel training to enhance agricultural employment and start-ups, reinforce the bank-business exchanges and financial co- operation between Fujian and Taiwan by serving agro-tech cooperation projects, create good environment to attract agro-tech for high- er agricultural aggregation, and set up funds for Fujian-Taiwan agro-tech cooperation.
