福建省以“土专家”为主体的农业技术推广模式研究

摘　　要：基于福建省155位农户调查数据及部分县市实地调研结果,分析福建省以"土专家"为主体的农业技术推广模式的运行现状及存在问题,主要结论为:农户对"土专家"推广模式的满意度、信任度与推广效率的评价较高,认为"土专家"所推广技术较好地满足了技术需求,表明"土专家"推广模式确实可作为农业技术推广的主要模式,但"土专家"推广模式仍存在人才短缺、技术知识水平有待提升、政府扶持力度不够等问题,亟须政府通过健全教育培训机制等方面完善"土专家"推广模式的扶持政策。Based on survey data from 155 farmers and the field research results of some counties in Fujian, this paper analyzes the operational status and existing problems of agricultural technology promotion model oriented by layman-experts in Fujian Province. The results show that： sample households have a higher evaluation on the degree of satisfaction and trust of the ＂layman-expert＂ pro- motion model, and feel that the technology promoted by layman-expert meet better the technical requirement, which indicates ＂layman-expert＂ promotion model can be used as the main promotion model. However, there exist three problems in ＂layman-ex- pert＂ promotion model： the age structure of layman-expert being aging, the technical knowledge level to be improved, government support being inadequate. Therefore, the devlopment of ＂layman-expert＂ promotion model need government＇s improving support poli-cies.
