高等农林院校文科科研发展策略研究——以福建农林大学为例

摘　　要：高等农林院校在承担国家自然科学基金项目、省部级涉农科研项目等方面具有独特的学科和专业优势,但文科科研工作长期以来受到一定的制约,科研实力不强且校内竞争较大。从基金申报领域、基金限项要求、基金申请方式演变、基金管理者角色定位等方面对高等农林院校实现基金项目可持续发展问题进行分析,并提出相关建议,在确保其特色和优势发展的前提下,探索文科基金项目可持续发展的新途径。Agriculture and forestry colleges and universities take advantage of unique subjects and majors to undertake the national natural science fund programs and the pmvlncial agricultural scientific research projects and so on. However, scientific research work of the arts has been restricted to a certain extent for a long time because its scientific research ability has been weak and it has met great competition within the colleges and universities. The author analyses on sustainable development of fund programs realized by the colleges and universities from several aspects, including declaring field for the fund, the requirements on limiting the items of fund, evolution of fund application methods and role positioning of fund manager, and gives correlated advices. What is more, the author explores new ways for sustainable development of the arts fund programs based on the premise that its development of charac- teristics and advantages is＇ ensured.
