政策支持对江西省农业龙头企业行为绩效的影响——基于农户、企业、政府的视角

摘　　要：农业龙头企业是农业产业化经营的组织载体和带动力量。为了扶持农业产业化和扶持农民,中央和地方政府选择了一批又一批农业龙头企业作为政策支持的重点对象,给予财政政策、金融政策、科技政策和贸易政策等多方面的扶持。在此背景下,扶持政策的实施效果、效率评价问题成为政府决策部门关注的焦点和政策研究的热点。基于利益相关者理论,选择农户、企业(投资者)和政府三者为农业龙头企业的核心利益相关者,从3个不同利益相关者的视角,研究政策扶持与江西省农业龙头企业行为绩效的关系,并提出了一些促进农业龙头企业发展的对策建议。The leading agricultural enterprises are the carrier of agricultural industrialization and driving force of the.In order to support the industrialization of agriculture and farmer, the central and local governments choose a batch after batch of agricultural leading enterprises as the focus of policy support, given the fiscal poli- cy, financial policy, technology policy and trade policy and other aspects of support. The implementation effect evaluation of efficiency, support policy has become a hot focus and policy of government decision-making de- partments concerned. Based on the theory of stakeholders, farmers, enterprises and the government （investors） three as the core interests of agricultural bibcock enterprise stakeholders, from three different perspective of stakeholders,policy support and relationship performance of agricultural leading enterprises of Jiangxi Prov- ince ,and puts forward some countermeasures to promote the development of agricultural leading enterprises suggestions.
