摘 要:利用10省(市)农民工调查数据,基于代际差异视角,运用泊松模型实证分析了农民工择业稳定性的影响因素。结果表明,新老生代农民工择业稳定性的影响因素存在一定差异性:即年龄、性别、文化程度、常联系朋友数、兄弟姐妹数、有亲戚在政府部门工作、工作经验、工资收入及工资制度等因素对新生代农民工择业稳定性有显著影响;而年龄、婚姻状况、风险意识、话费支出、常联系朋友数、工作经验以及工资制度是影响老生代农民工择业稳定性的主要因素。This article analyses the influencing factors of employment stability of migrant workers m t'ols- son Models according to 10 provinces migrant workers survey data, based on the perspective of intergenerational differences. Results show that, there are several different influence factors of employment stability between the new generation of migrant workers and the old generation of migrant workers.In detail, the significant influence factors of employment stability of the new generation are age, gender, literacy, friends keeping in contact, rela- tives working in government departments, work experience, salary and wage system. While age, marriage, risk awareness, telephone expenses, friends keeping in contact, work experience, and wage system significantly in- fluence the employment stability of the old generation of migrant workers.
