摘　　要：2010年的《河北省农产品冷链物流"十二五"发展规划》构建了河北省农产品冷链物流发展的基本格局,提出了"重点领域、空间布局、重大工程"等指导思想。农产品冷链物流体系是个复杂系统,由多个相互区别相互联系的系统模块组成。文章以农产品冷链物流网络模块为切入点,提出网络模块的基本结构、解析模块的构建步骤与障碍,以期为河北省农产品冷链物流网络的建设与完善提供可行性参考。＂The Development Planning of Hebei Province Agricultural Products Cold Chain Logistics During the 12th Five-Year Planning Period＂ issued in 2010 has extraordinary significance.It put forward the ideas of ＂key areas, three-dimensional layout, major projects＂ etc.as the guiding ideology for development.The agricultural products cold chain logistics is a complex system, which is composed of several different yet closely- related systematic modules. Taking agricultural products cold chain logistics network modules as the break- through point, The present paper puts forward the basic structure of the network module, provides the processes of the construction of the modules and solve the obstacles. It is hoped that this paper would provide applicable references for the development of the agricultural products cold chain logistics network in the Hebei province.
