温州海洋经济开发:科技化途径

摘　　要：温州海洋经济开发是温州经济开发的短板,科技化是其补强的最重要途径。本文从综合开发海洋经济的角度出发,在分析了温州海洋经济科技化开发优劣势的基础上,提出了深入实施"科技兴海"战略、确定海洋经济开发中的重点领域并加速关键技术研究、加强海洋科技人才培养和引进、加大对海洋经济科技化开发的资金投入、加强海洋科技新区科研基地建设等建议。The development of marine economy is the short slab in economy development of Wenzhou. Technology is the most important way to strengthen the marine economy development. From the view of the technological development of marine economy, the author puts forward some suggestions based on the strengths and weaknesses analysis of marine economy development, such as implementing the strategy of ＂prospering ocean with science＂, focusing on the key technology of the development of marine economy, strengthening recommendation and cultivation of talented person, increasing the capital investment, and strengthening the construction of marine research base etc..
