摘  要:使用eQUEST能耗模拟软件模拟了天津市某酒店建筑的用能情况.首先,根据酒店原设计方案模拟酒店能耗,与该酒店的实际能耗进行比对,从而验证模型的可靠性;然后,根据主机占空调系统能耗较大(占47.42%)的特点,采用不同的冷热源方案分析酒店的节能潜力.研究结果表明,与原方案(冷水机组+地热)相比,地源热泵技术方案可节省21.37%的主机能耗;吸收式制冷技术方案和冰蓄冷技术方案的主机能耗虽比原方案有所增加,但在结合当地实际情况(废热利用、峰谷电价)后,更能体现出两种方案各自的优越性.eQUEST energy simulation software is used to simulate the energy consumption of a hotel building in Tianjin.Firstly,based on the energy consumption simulation of the hotel according to the original design,the simulation results and actual energy consumption of the hotel are compared,which verifies the reliability of the model.Secondly,according to the characteristics that chiller's energy consumption accounted for the air conditioning system energy consumption is relatively large (accounted for 47.42%).The hotel's energysaving potential by using different cold and heat source is analyzed.The results show that using ground source heat pump system can save 21.37% of chiller's energy consumption comparing the original system (chiller & geothermy).Though chiller's energy of absorption refrigeration system and ice storage system is increased than the original design,after combining with local conditions (waste heat utilization,peak-valley price of utility),the two systems will be able to reflect their own superiorities.
