高等教育国际化背景下新建本科院校人才培养模式的研究

摘　　要：高等教育国际化已经成为不可阻挡的趋势,对高校传统的人才培养理念提出了挑战。新建本科院校如何在这样的背景下,更新教育理念,创新人才培养模式,是其适应环境变化,提高办学竞争力,获得新一轮发展的根本所在。本文通过对新建本科院校人才培养模式的研究,提出了确立外向型培养目标、注重培养学生综合能力、实行国内外联合培养机制和建立多元化评价机制的建议。The internationalization of higher education has become an irresistible trend, which has chal- lenged the traditional concepts of the talent-cultivation mode of the universities. In this context, the way how the newly established undergraduate colleges update educational concepts and innovate the talent-culti- vation mode lays the foundation for them to adapt to the environmental changes, improve their educational competitiveness, and further to achieve new developments. By the study on the talent-cultivation mode of the newly established undergraduate colleges, gets, to focus on the students＇ comprehensive abroad, and to set up a diversified evaluation four suggestions are proposed： to establish open training tar- abilities, to carry out the system of joint training at home and mechanism.
